Supported Living services are where service users are supported 24/7 to live in their own homes with a dedicated team of staff covering shifts of 24 hours at a time, with staff teams of at least 3 staff. Blue Sky Enabling has a robust HRM process and service users are invited to have a say in which staff form part of their team, this fosters good partnership working.
Blue Sky Enabling work dynamically alongside our service users using a range of person-centred planning tools to establish circles of support, maps of overall objectives and step by step pathways to achieving goals. These are used to create individualised support plans that focus on improving quality of life through developing independent living skills and expanding each person’s positive experiences and capacities. We empower service users to have an increasing sense of control and responsibility over their own lives so that they are able to achieve their goals.
